On January 27th, Hongdou Group fully deployed the overall requirements of "three selfs and six transformations" (namely, independent innovation, independent branding, independent capital, and digitization, greening, onlineization, high-end development, internationalization, and standardization) and the construction of "Five Excellences" (first-rate talents, platforms, investment, mechanisms, and products). The aim was to enhance the technological innovation capabilities of various industrial companies. Building upon the foundation of the Hongdou Group's National Enterprise Technical Center, the Hongdou Group Research Institute was officially established.

During the ceremony, Zhou Haijiang presented appointment letters to ten technical leaders, including Wang Xiaojun, the Chief Engineer and Director of the Research Institute. Following its establishment, the Hongdou Group Research Institute will be responsible for promoting the strategic planning and implementation of technological innovation within the group, enhancing industrial technological support capabilities, monitoring the technological innovation dynamics of industry benchmarks, and actively fulfilling four responsibilities: building innovative teams, integrating internal and external resources, driving digital innovation, and adopting an external perspective. It aims to become a true leader in the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Currently, Hongdou Group possesses one national-level industrial design center, one national-level postdoctoral research workstation, two national-level enterprise technical centers, three high-tech enterprises, four provincial-level enterprise engineering technology research centers, and two provincial and municipal-level industrial design centers. The group has gathered nearly 200 high-level talents from home and abroad, with over 3,000 national patent applications filed cumulatively.
